Pet Photos and Personalization Materials
To create personalized memorial products, customers may voluntarily provide pet photographs, pet names, dates, paw prints, quotations, and other customization materials.

Personalization materials may be accessed by authorized employees, contractors, production partners, cloud storage providers, or other service providers only where reasonably necessary to complete the order, provide customer support, maintain security, or comply with applicable law.
Without your explicit permission, VeloraPeace will not use, publish, sell, publicly display, or distribute your uploaded pet photographs or images of completed personalized products for advertising, marketing, portfolio, promotional, or other unrelated commercial purposes.
Customer photographs voluntarily submitted for reviews, testimonials, or social media use will only be used publicly with the customer’s explicit permission.
We respect the emotional significance and privacy of all pet-related content submitted to us.

Customer Content Ownership
Customers retain ownership of any photographs, images, and content submitted for personalization purposes.
By submitting such content, customers grant VeloraPeace a limited license to use the content only as reasonably necessary to review, design, customize, produce, fulfill, and provide support for the requested order.
This limited license continues only for as long as reasonably necessary to complete the order, provide customer support, handle revisions, replacements, disputes, security requirements, backups, or applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations.
VeloraPeace does not claim ownership of customer-submitted photographs or personalization materials.
Security and Retention of Your Information
Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee "perfect security." In addition, any information you send to us may not be secure while in transit. We recommend that you do not use unsecure channels to communicate sensitive or confidential information to us.
