At VeloraPeace, each piece is handcrafted individually with care and attention to detail. Because every order is made to order, our timelines reflect the time required to create something truly meaningful.


Processing Time (Production)

All items are made to order.

• Standard production time: 20–30 business days

This includes sculpting, detailing, painting, and final quality inspection.

Please note:
We provide revision opportunities during the creation process. While we do our best to accommodate adjustments, multiple revision requests may extend the production timeline.

Production begins once your order details are confirmed.


Shipping Time

Once your order has been completed and dispatched:

• Estimated delivery time: 10–12 business days

Shipping times may vary slightly depending on destination, customs clearance, and carrier conditions.

Shipping time begins after production is completed.


Total Delivery Time

For clarity, your total estimated delivery time is:

30–42 business days (production + shipping)


Shipping Carriers

 

We work with trusted international logistics partners and local delivery carriers to ensure reliable worldwide shipping.

Depending on your destination, orders may be delivered through carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, or other regional delivery providers.

For some international shipments, final-mile delivery may be completed by local postal or courier services after customs clearance.

Shipping Restrictions

Please note:

• We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses
• A valid residential or business address is required

Orders shipped to unsupported addresses may be returned by the carrier.
In such cases, reshipping fees may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment.


Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

• High seasonal demand
• Carrier disruptions
• Customs processing for international shipments

We appreciate your understanding and patience.


Shipping Fees & Non-Refundable Costs

Please note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched once an order has been dispatched
• If an order is refused, canceled after shipment, or returned due to delivery issues, actual shipping and return costs may be deducted or charged

Notice for EU Buyers

Orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to import duties and VAT upon arrival, as determined by the destination country’s customs authority.

These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

For orders exceeding €150, import VAT may be collected by local customs or delivery authorities before delivery.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
