After the form is approved, the artist adds your pet’s colors, markings, and other personalized features. You will receive another preview to review these details.
5. Confirm the Final Preview
Before shipping, we provide final preview images so you can review the completed memorial. Up to two reasonable revision rounds are available during the approval process.
Once approved, your custom pet urn is carefully finished, securely packed, and prepared for delivery.
Custom production generally takes 20–30 business days, followed by approximately 10–12 business days for shipping. The estimated total time is 30–42 business days, although requested revisions may extend the timeline.
For U.S. orders, shipping, import duties, and customs clearance fees are included.
