About Handmade Likeness

Each memorial is individually sculpted and painted by hand from your photos.

Our goal is to create a recognizable and emotionally familiar likeness rather than an exact photographic replica. Small variations are a natural part of the handmade process.

Once a stage has been finalized and production has moved forward, some changes may no longer be possible.

Every memorial is custom-made from the photos and personalization details you provide. Because production is created specifically for you, personalized items cannot normally be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has begun.

Before Production

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders canceled before production begins may be eligible for a full refund.

If Something Arrives Wrong or Damaged

If your memorial arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly personalized, or significantly different from the approved design, please contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right.

For shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and keep the product, shipping box, and protective packaging while we review the issue.

Because every memorial is sculpted, painted, glazed, and finished by hand, slight variations in color, brushwork, glaze texture, shape, and sculpting details are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
