Size Guide

Choose the size based on your dog's weight before cremation.

• XS — up to 15 lbs / 7 kg
• S — up to 36 lbs / 16 kg
• M — up to 44 lbs / 20 kg
• L — up to 55 lbs / 25 kg
• XL — up to 110 lbs / 50 kg

If your dog is close to the maximum weight for a size, we recommend choosing the next size up.

• Creation time: 20–30 business days
• Shipping time: approximately 10–12 business days

Each ceramic memorial is carefully protected with cushioning and secure outer packaging before shipment.

Will it look exactly like my dog?

Each memorial is individually sculpted and painted from your photos. Because this is a handmade artistic process rather than a photo reproduction, we focus on creating a recognizable and emotionally familiar likeness instead of an exact replica.

What photos should I upload?

Please upload 3–5 clear photos that show your dog's appearance and distinctive features. Front, side, and full-body views are helpful. One clear paw print photo is also required for this design.

Will I see a preview before it is finished?

Yes. We'll send preview photos during the creation process so you can review the likeness and important details before final finishing.

Can I personalize the name and memorial dates?

Yes. Your dog's name and memorial dates can be added as part of the personalized design.

What if my dog is between two sizes?

We recommend choosing the larger size, especially when your dog's weight is close to the maximum capacity of the smaller option.

If we don’t hear back within that time, we’ll continue to the next stage so your memorial can stay on schedule.

Our goal is to create a recognizable and emotionally familiar likeness rather than an exact photographic replica. Small variations are a natural part of the handmade process.

Once a stage has been finalized and production has moved forward, some changes may no longer be possible.

Every memorial is custom-made from the photos and personalization details you provide. Because production is created specifically for you, personalized items cannot normally be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has begun.

Before Production

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders canceled before production begins may be eligible for a full refund.

If Something Arrives Wrong or Damaged

If your memorial arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly personalized, or significantly different from the approved design, please contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right.

For shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and keep the product, shipping box, and protective packaging while we review the issue.
