Can I place a small urn inside?

Some small keepsake urns may fit. The interior depth is approximately 3.5" / 9 cm, so please compare the urn dimensions before ordering.

Can the compartment size be changed?

Returns & Eligibility

Eligible non-custom and non-personalized items may be returned within 10 business days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition
• Complete with all original parts and accessories
• Securely packaged for return
• Returned according to the instructions provided by VeloraPeace

Please contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

For approved non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Actual outbound shipping costs originally paid by VeloraPeace may also be deducted from the refund where applicable.

No restocking fee is charged.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Personalized and custom-made memorials are created specifically for your order and are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable once production has begun.

This includes products personalized with photos, names, dates, memorial messages, colors, sizes, layouts, structural changes, or other customer-selected details.

This restriction does not apply when an item is verified to be damaged, defective, incorrectly fulfilled, or significantly different from the confirmed order details or approved design/layout where applicable.

Damaged During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please keep the product, shipping box, inner packaging, and protective materials. We may request photos of the product and packaging to review the claim.

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement or refund.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your memorial has a manufacturing defect, you received the wrong item, or the personalization is significantly different from the confirmed order details, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery.

After reviewing the issue, an appropriate resolution may include:

• Replacement
• Repair assistance
• Corrected item
• Partial refund
• Full refund

Where an authorized return is required for a verified defect or fulfillment error, VeloraPeace will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

Refund Processing

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are normally initiated within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.

Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
