If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the confirmed order details, we'll work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Because custom memorials are made specifically for you and your pet, they cannot normally be returned simply because you change your mind.

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing hello@velorapeace.com. After 12 hours, cancellation may no longer be possible once materials or production have been prepared.

This restriction does not apply to orders that are verified to be damaged, defective, incorrectly fulfilled, or significantly different from the confirmed order details or approved design/layout where applicable.

Damaged During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please keep the product and all shipping and protective packaging, as photos may be requested to help us review the claim.

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement or refund.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your memorial has a manufacturing defect, you received the wrong item, or the personalization is significantly different from the confirmed order details, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery.

An appropriate resolution may include:

• Replacement
• Repair assistance
• Corrected item
• Partial refund
• Full refund

For verified defects or fulfillment errors requiring an authorized return, VeloraPeace will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

Non-Custom & Non-Personalized Items

Eligible non-custom and non-personalized items may be returned within 10 business days of delivery.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, complete with its original parts and accessories, and securely packaged for return.

Please contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

For approved non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Actual outbound shipping costs originally paid by VeloraPeace may also be deducted from the refund where applicable.

No restocking fee is charged.

For applicable custom products, yes. We’ll send preview photos so you can review important personalized details before final finishing.

How long does a custom order take?

Production times vary by product. The estimated production and shipping time is shown on the product page before you place your order.

Custom memorials are made to order, so please allow the stated production time in addition to shipping time.

Can I request changes after placing my order?

If you need to update your personalization, please contact us as soon as possible.

For applicable custom products, you may also request small adjustments when reviewing your preview. Once production moves to the next stage, some changes may no longer be possible.

What if my order arrives damaged or something isn't right?

For shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. For verified defects, incorrect items, or significant personalization errors, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery.
