Upload 3–5 clear photos if ready. A front-facing photo is helpful, but not required.

2. We Sculpt by Hand
Each figurine is shaped by experienced artists with attention to your dog’s features, posture, and details.

3. Review & Request Changes
You’ll receive preview images to review, and we’ll adjust the details together before moving forward.

4. We Finalize & Ship
After approval, your urn is carefully finished, securely packed, and sent to you.

Yes. Please choose the size based on your dog’s healthy weight before cremation. If your dog is close to the limit, choose one size larger.

Because each piece is personalized from your pet’s photos, we share preview images during the creation process so you can review important details before final completion.

Personalized and Custom-Made Items

Personalized and custom-made products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once production has begun because they are created specifically from the photos, names, dates, phrases, colors, sizes, and other details you provide.

This restriction does not apply if the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly fulfilled, or significantly different from the approved design.

Custom Order Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

If a cancellation request is received and approved before production begins, the order may be canceled for a full refund.

Once production has begun, the order cannot normally be canceled or refunded because materials, design work, personalization, and labor have already been committed.

Eligible Non-Custom Returns

Eligible non-custom and non-personalized items may be returned within 10 business days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unaltered, complete, and in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us before returning any item to receive return authorization and instructions.

For approved non-defective returns:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  
• Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  
• The actual outbound shipping cost paid by VeloraPeace may be deducted from the refund, even if the order qualified for free shipping.
  
• No restocking fee will be charged.
  

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Photos showing the full product
  
• Photos of the outer shipping box and any visible damage
  
• Photos of the inner packaging and protective materials
  
• A clear photo of the shipping label
  

Please keep the product and all packaging materials until the claim has been reviewed. Do not discard or return anything before receiving instructions from us.

After reviewing the submitted information, we will provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Defective, Incorrect, or Significantly Different Items

If your product has a manufacturing defect, you received the wrong item, the personalization does not match the approved order details, or the product is significantly different from the approved design, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the problem.

Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer a replacement, repair assistance, a corrected product, a partial refund, or a full refund.

About Handmade Memorials

Each memorial is individually handcrafted. Slight variations in glaze texture, color tone, brushwork, sculpting details, shape, or the placement of hand-applied decoration are natural characteristics of handmade work and are not considered defects.

These natural variations do not affect your rights when a product is genuinely damaged, defective, incorrectly fulfilled, or significantly different from the approved design.

Refund Processing

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are normally initiated within 3–7 business days after inspection and issued to the original payment method.

Your bank, credit card provider, PayPal, or other payment service may require additional processing time after the refund has been initiated.
