Eligible non-custom and non-personalized items may be returned within 10 business days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition
• Complete with all original parts and accessories
• Securely packaged for return
• Returned according to the instructions provided by VeloraPeace

For approved non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Actual outbound shipping costs originally paid by VeloraPeace may also be deducted from the refund where applicable.

Please keep the product, shipping box, inner packaging, and protective materials. We may request photos of the product and packaging to review the claim.

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement or refund.
