Creation & Delivery Time

• Design preview: Usually provided within 1–2 business days after we receive all required photos and personalization details.
• Creation time: 10–15 business days after you approve the design preview.
• Shipping time: 10–12 business days after your order has shipped.
• Estimated total time: Approximately 21–29 business days, depending on how quickly the design preview is approved.

Shipping Protection

Each memorial shadow box is carefully packaged with protective materials to help protect the wooden frame and acrylic front panel during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item, outer packaging, and internal packaging.

After reviewing the issue, we will arrange an appropriate resolution at no additional cost, which may include a replacement or refund. Please keep the damaged item and all packaging materials until the issue has been fully resolved.

Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible non-custom items within 10 business days of delivery.

To be eligible for return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Items must be securely packaged

• Personalized and custom-made items are non-returnable once production has begun

Because every custom memorial is individually handcrafted, custom orders cannot be resold or exchanged after creation begins.

For approved non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved preview, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
